      Pros

      Hardworking team, intelligent and collaborative people. Transparent work relations, fast paced and highly motivated work environment. Flexibility around how you manage your day. Zero micromanagement from leadership. A lot of room for learning and growth.

      Cons

      As a start-up that is very goals oriented, working hours can be long, especially towards the end of the month.

They provide all the necessary tools and resources to enable you to perform your job efficiently.

      Success as a company is all about the people. The caliber of talent is head and shoulders above what I've experienced anywhere else in my 15+ year career - energy, curiosity, smarts, skills, collaboration, care, pace, accountability, gratitude - and everyone I've met completely understands how they add value to the org. Many startups will claim to care about career development, but at Owner, they practice a personal and professional lifestyle of learning/coaching/development at every turn and have clear milestones in place with respect to progression.

      Cons

      We move fast, we move with intent, we aren't afraid to make changes to make the business better/faster/stronger. That's not for everyone, so it's important that you know yourself and your capabilities.
