easy, quick cash, no brain surgery. you get to work with pretty cool people. discount on food is always a plus.

Cons

late night, and weekends a must. you only get benefits after a year of work and only if you average 30 hours a week. and the benefits aren't even that good. better chances with a desk job.

goodstanding company, no sidework really and overall good clients if you are in a busy location like i was when there

management is a bunch of brown nosers who lack any sort of higher education and dont know anything at all

Promote from within. Systems driven company. Growing, store level opportunities are abundant. Unique concept, attracts great employees.

Cons

Very little positive feedback, very focused on whats going wrong, rarely focus on what's being done right. Absolutely no opportunity for growth from the store level, after you become a partner. Constantly thinking "OK, I made it here, now what's my next opportunity for growth". There isn't any. Absolutely no consideration for work/life balance, Culinary management will work 60-70 hours, hands-on.
