Pros

Company Growth. PF Changs is one of the only restaurants in the US still expanding, coming soon a P.F. Changs in Mexico. Many restaurants such as Fridays are closing there stores.

Cons

Long hours are really the only con to this job. But in comparsion to other restaurants Changs closes early

Pros

Great coworkers. There is good money to be earned as a server. Coworkers tend to be really fun and helpful when it is needed.

Cons

Some people in management are cliquey and play favorites consistently. Can be a stressful job. As a host you do not get any tips, and you bus many tables in one shift.

Pros

I love the freedom and creativity that I get as far as attacking different situations. They believe in time off as in your 2 days off a week and your 2 paid vacations a year. There is one menu for lunch and dinner and everything is cooked FAST! IT is all cooked in water or fried.

Cons

Everyday is you need to focus on labor. Get the people in have them do their job and leave. Which is how restaurants work of course but if your sales are not there then you get yelled at for having to many people on. Its all very corporate. At the store I Am in noone is held accountable because its ran improperly.
