      In my experience, P1 has shown a committment to employee well-being, work-life balance, and common sense flexibility. Obviously experiences will vary in different departments, and depending on your management. I have been allowed to "fly free" with my ideas, strategies, and implementation, with zero micromanagement. Curious, autonomous, problem-solving producers are rewarded. With recent changes in the company, there are more opportunities to advance your career.

      Cons

      There is a distinct lack of diversity, especially in the offices. While 99% of the people here are delightful to work with, there is a small percentage that don't pull their weight (or worse) and it's blatantly overlooked.
