      It is a positive place to work in that employees are encouraged to try new departments within the division.

      Pros

      The commradery is nice with in the departments and management seems to understand that it is all the employees that make up the success of the division.

      Cons

      While management understands that the people make up the success they don't offer many opportunities for growth and training. They also expect the employees to work with technology that is not up to speed with the results that they expect to receive.

      Extremely conservative company (suit required) and very little people interaction. All business, all the time.

      Opportunities globally. Management will challenge you to achieve results. Company is very detail and quality focussed. Education is critical and company will support employees who desire to advance their degrees, provided the employee has shown leadership and committment to their roles.

      Cons

      Sometimes too top down in focus. will tolerate some mistakes, but if get on the "not popular" list can be a long time getting off.
