      The best reason to work for Paccar are the benefits the company offers and the job security. Another reason to work for the company is the tuition reimbursement offered.

      Cons

      The downsides to work for Paccar are the lack of motivation to its employees and also the lack of communciation. No one at the bottom knows what is going on and you usually find out through an email string 20 emails long.
