Untrustworthy, IT teams tend to be understaffed, overworked, and underpaid for the hours they put in. Also ITD knowingly hired a manager that has in the last been openly disrespectful and sexist. On top of this PACCAR hides clauses in their contracts that allows them to change the meaning of the contract on a whim. So even though we were productive, happy, and motivated they decided to take away all wfh days. PACCAR is just like other big companies, they flex their power on the employees with no concrete reasons other than "culture"

Higher number of staff makes it hard to make your way up the ladder.
