So much to promise

Decent benefits package although it was better before the economic downturn. Opportunities to advance are there. You have to work for them they don't come looking for you. The feeling exists that you must take any opportunity that presents itself, passing on one is believed to be a serious career limiting move.

Cons

Salary is held low Short term decisions run the company Micromanagement is very effective in managing cost and making annual profit goals but is oppressive.

Very loyal employees they take pride in their work Great product Great stock

Cons

Horrible pay for professionals and mid managers The good ole boy network-if you make a complaint about your manager be prepared to be fired. They will side with him rather than do a thorough investigation. Incompetent HR group A lack of diversity within the company There is a LACK of minorities and female in the workforce and in senior mgmt positions. Too many yes people in this organization.
