      Pros

      Stable company that won't be going out of business soon.

      Cons

      Stuffy, male centric company that has very few women in leadership positions. If you are thinking of moving up quickly this isn't the company for you. It takes YEARS to move up and you have to work extremely hard to be noticed and have luck on your side to get promoted. Don't plan on getting promoted into a leadership position without a masters degree.

      Nice location, despite high cost of living in Seattle and Bellevue

      Cons

      Fear based management, stifling culture. The company is run by 'Him' (the Chairman) and few of his tall, white minions.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and great location in downtown Bellevue. There are lots of learning opportunities and plenty of hands on experience.

      Cons

      On average, most accountants work quite a few hours. Management could provide more productive and timely feedback, especially positive feedback.
