Pros

Theres about 2 really good techs that teach you a lot about T/S and skills all IT professionals should know.

Cons

Theres really no room for growth other than becoming a level 2, which in my opinion is not a good idea as its more work, with little pay. You have 6 day splits ex. M-W thurs off F-Thurs.

Employees at PAR are good people, one of the good things this company do is having a Cutural Commitee and create series of events for all the employees.

Cons

Sales employees are the only ones make good money within the company. No consistency of how the department justified the head counts against workload.

Pros

Remote work option and good general compensation package. Corporate trying to evolve, with inspiring new "Core Values".

Cons

The new vision for their Core Values is not yet their reality. The current culture is antiquated and uninspiring. Old school company trying to become fresh and new, but the core seems rotten. Great staff with longevity and depth of institutional knowledge are overworked and prime for burn out.
