Pros

PAR takes exemplary care of their employees while offering room for advancement in just about every field. Rich culture, above-average benefits and a truthful mission statement make it well worth staying.

Cons

Certain field positions sound outdated and endangered. As POS moves more towards the cloud, the more positions will be cut for installation technicians.

High growth product comes with some growing pains, some disconnect with parent company being in NH, 401k match could be better.
