      Great Experience, Friendly Co-Workers, Company Vehicle and Making your own schedule.

      Cons

      Long Hours, Doesn't Pay well for the Work expected of you and the time away from your Families, Coverage time from 6:00 am till Midnight. No Personal Life.

      Flexibility at times with work schedule, decent benefits. Staff has best intentions at heart.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement, no merit increases associated with annual reviews. Executives pay lip service to refocusing the business from a hardware to software company.
