      Pros

      Over time is a positive but you can only work so many hours before it starts to take its toll physically.

      Cons

      With all the cut backs and layoffs people have to work twice as hard. That makes the person or persons less productive. In the eyes of PAR if your not overwhelm you not working hard enough.

      Pros

      I am able to get projects done without being micromanaged, and able to work on new projects as they come up, either by my suggestion or managements.

      Cons

      Poor business decisions, the company doesn't realize how important technology and reliable computer systems are. Many upper management don't take the time to understand who you are and what your role in the business is.
