Business Outlook
Pros
The company is in a space of their own but has a lot of competition from Toast, Olo and other better known brands which is why they have been acquisition heavy. Remote workplace as long as you're on call 24/7.
Cons
Unstable workplace. The organization has not been profitable for years. Revenue has gone up but that is widely due to acquisitions. Current year has seen a lot of strong tenured leaders and employees cut to backfill roles with cheaper resources. It doesn't matter how well you do your job if someone can do it cheaper. "Old PAR" had a much stronger culture but most of the top performers and leaders have moved on or let go.
