      Great people Fairly competitive pay and benefits that are improving Mentorship and career growth is fostered Overtime is rare Do a great job responding to feedback to processes and do actually improve them Quicker to change than I'd expect from an older company

      Not a fun code base to work in Lots of maintenance work Hard to get experience with newer technologies

      Office is in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. No pros related to job, business, technical team and management.

      Cons

      Unsuccessful sweatshop for software developers. Highest turnover rate I've seen in any tech job in South FL. Stay away unless you need a job to pay bills and can't find anything else.
