Consistent work and working in the same place

Cons

6 days a week, mandatory overtime start, start at 4 am, no energy for life outside of work, destroys your body, morale was very low there, people there are just barely holding on, lots of temporary workers cycle through that you have to train (most of them are high), we had several people that we had to train that couldn't read a tape measure nor an analog clock nor how to use a ratchet. Every month I was surprised that the company was still running.

The pay is great, the bonuses and benefits are top notch. Consistent hours and paid vacation.

Cons

Employee recognition is only there if you mess up, if you do something great and amazing like break a record, there's minimal attention from management when there should be noticeable praise.

Upper management is terrible. "What have you done for me lately" mentality. No work life balance. Always traveling and constantly stressed out.
