      Pros

      Very strong company and always looking to improve operations. The company has a strong management team with paper background that understands the overall business. They have all worked their way up from operations.

      Cons

      Some of their demands are a bit unrealistic but overall they just hold people accountable. Plant managers need to be able to manage their mills instead of having to get approval for everything.

      The system said I needed to enter at least five words.

      Cons

      PCA came in and bought out our company, due to shareholders that wanted an extra buck. PCA let go at least half of our existing staff. Not a good experience.

      Old school status quo company resistant to change. High priced and uncompetitive pricing due to mismanagement of business. Overcharges customers to pay for management perks such as office parties, golf memberships, sporting event tickets, etc.
