      Pros

      Benefits were great. 401K was outstanding! This company is growing.

      Cons

      Facility managers rarely followed up on expectations. Expectations were not thought thru, just pulled numbers out of a hat. Rules constantly change. Too many shades of gray. Very difficult to get results when 3 shifts are not working towards the same goals. Hourly employees become frustrated and feel confused, low morale.

      Pros

      Some great coworkers, good training, professional.

      Cons

      Can't compete with other companies in same business. Antiquated management style, egotistical environment, unwilling to adjust to market conditions, focused on stockholder profits with no regard to employees. Advancement based on who you know, not merit.
