Pros

Flexible hybrid work. Executive team generally listens to employee concerns. Generous PTO package. Colleagues are all incredibly smart and experts in their fields.

Cons

Path forward for promotions and growth is unclear. Felt underpaid given the quality and quantity of work that was being produced.

Pros

Great colleagues, benefits, WFH schedule, culture, and mission. It's truly a great organization that, while experiencing some growing pains, is really trying to do good work (and in most cases, accomplishing it). There is an incredible amount of work to be done, which can feel daunting, but leadership is extremely receptive to communication.

Cons

A lot of type A people that can make small issues seem huge. People like.to be in each other's business.
