PCORI Senior Program Associate reviews

I second the review titled: "Worst place I have ever worked". HR needs to be better. I provided a year-end review of my manager using words such as "inconsiderate", "does not listen to those who are beneath her", "difficult to work under", etc. No follow up. My review disappeared into the thin air and the manager was promoted. Do not join this organization unless you are an MD with prior experience and known respect from the PCORI community at the start, or otherwise be willing to accept low pay and a huge hit to your confidence.

Can be difficult to navigate company "red tape." Compensation and promotion structures not transparent. Leadership sometimes make decisions without hearing junior staff member voices.
