1. I have been working at PDGC India for more than 2 years. 2. Work culture is good, they follow a flat hierarchy, and hence no office politics like other firms. 3.You'll get to learn and be updated with the latest technologies.They provide free training , for the things you wish to learn and implement. 4.If you are a person who takes initiative and ownership of your tasks, this is the best place to work for. 5.Yearly appraisal is based on your performance , rather than being compared to fellow colleagues, which is again a very good point. 6.Other office perks includes free snacks , lunches and fun at work activities to break the monotony. Overall I have had a great experience and continuing!

Cons

It is a fast paced working environment,not a con as such, but for people who find it difficult to cope could face a little problem.
