Pros

I joined PDG as a fresher and have been working here for around 4 years as a Quality Analyst. 1. Being a fresher I was new to the corporate environment and PDG has helped me a lot to grow and expertise in the field. 2. Have got a good amount of exposure to all the latest technologies. Online training support and certification is also provided if you need to learn a new skill. 3. PDG has lot of good projects and distinguished Client base. 4. I have also received the opportunity to go onsite as demanded by the the project. 5. Apart from this, other employee benefits include group medical insurance, flexible work timings, work from home and good leave policy. 6. They also promote employee bonding activities, team outings and lunches, which is very important to maintain a healthy work environment. 7. I don't think I could get a better company to start my career with as a fresher.

Cons

You may be sometimes employed to multiple projects, but completely depends on the individual's ability to manage and prioritize his tasks. Altogether, its a great company to work and settle with!
