Pros

PDG may be small, but we are mighty. Our teams have the opportunity to work among giants – Warner Bros, Sony, CBS, NBC – but we still maintain the many perks of working for a small company – namely camaraderie, mentorship, and impact. Starting day one, it was clear that our teams work well together, with senior staff that not only take a vested interest in my professional development, but make it a priority. In only a short time I have developed a myriad of skills that I would have never thought to pick up and on a daily basis I am involved in work that doesn’t take that development for granted; I feel like I am making a meaningful contribution to my team. I can’t think of a better place to start for a young professional. For us, this isn’t just a job; it’s an investment in our potential.

Pros

If you are willing to work here you'll -learn a lot faster -work in multiple technologies -get excellent pay scale Make sure you dedicate your entire life in here. only geeks would love to work here.

Cons

If you're a wanna be employee here. you'll - be dissatisfied - have lack of transparency with management - have no proper communication with team members, no HR - get irritated through onsite calls at inappropriate timings in the name of project discussion etc... - no one teaches you unless you move out of the box. Or just GOOGLE - spend your entire day in office with no personal life . - not go to any team outings (strictly 0 entertainment) - see everything in hands of manager. - be fired at anytime, unless you have read through the company policies

PDG Consulting Response

Thank you for providing us with some valuable feedback. As a growing company, it is important to us that we learn from the past and continue to improve. We are glad that you found some positives in working for PDG India and apologize for any negatives you might have experienced along the way. Unfortunately, in our line of work, there are times where we need to contact employees at any time of day, however we do our best to keep that at a minimum. In order to improve our culture and cohesiveness amongst our team, we have implemented monthly company outings in addition to team-building exercises and have gotten much better at celebrating milestones and birthdays within the company. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pros

1. You learn many technologies. 2. You have to be geek to work here. 3. If you work passionately, for sure you will grow here. 4. You will get the chance to work on different projects with multiple technologies.

Cons

1. There are no cultural activities in the office. 2. You have to be ready/flexible enough to switch technologies across different projects(Can't say if this pros or cons).
