Great company culture - they respect work life balance, but they take their work really seriously and push you to grow as a developer, communicator, and team player Great management - The two senior software engineers I've worked under were awesome; I was included in design decisions, they were patient as they taught me best coding practices and specifics of how our projects worked, and they entrusted me with meaningful work
