Pros

Benefits Hours OSHA Growth opportunity

Cons

Management styles were all over the place and very unpredictable. They don’t fix the issue for patients to have better standard of care if it means losing money. The Orthodontist on site did not ever check if patients were seen for recare visits the entire time he had them in his care at the same general office. Lots of preventable gum disease due this negligence. There was hardly a concern to fix the issue probably because it was increasing production on both depts in the same building.

Pros

Benefits and the time off

Cons

The amount of drama within the offices is insane due to the lack of communication from higher ups. Everyone in the office could tell changes were happening and yet nothing was ever told to us until the last moment. They changed our time the office would be open the day it started. They say owner doctors run the practice but that is a lie. PDS will fire employees at the drop of the hat and force doctors to let them go. I would ask my higher ups straight up what to improve and they tell me everything is fine just to let me go a week later because the office was obviously failing. The Idaho market is a joke.
