Pros

Awesome people who are dedicated to work if you're in the right spot. Decent training and benefits. Offices look nice and modern.

Cons

Expect to be working for free. You can spend hours doing work and at the end of the day get nothing because of the insurance. Lots of HMO patients and owner dentist may get better patients while associates get the remainders. They push CEREC, which can be good or bad. No work-life balance. Everything, including patients, is just numbers.

Thank you for your review. In order to create a patient-centric environment that helps surface the needs, goals and desires of patients, owner dentists focus on shoulder to shoulder mentoring of associates. Shoulder to shoulder is the best way to collaborate on potential treatment. The objective is to create an open exchange of thoughts and ideas that will support the professional growth of associate doctors in a respectful, constructive and positive manner. We are glad to hear that awesome people, skills training, and employee benefits have all positively affected your experience at a PDS-supported office.

Pros

Matching 401K, you get to learn CEREC

Cons

As an associate dentist, It was a very uncomfortable workplace. Constantly under pressure to produce more, fill up speciality schedules, often times having to compromise patient care.

Pros

Good Pay Only, I have no other good thing to say about them.

Cons

Company's main focus is $$$ they don't care for there employee's or patient's. Management does alot of favortisim, if you are a great employee always meeting your goals and never late and never absent, they don't care if you are not one of there favorites. The lazy one's are mostly there favorites, they will promote a lazy one that always calls in and does not meet there goals over a excellent employee. To many politics, don't work for this company unless you really need the money. They have this thing called the we believes, they don't go by them at all,but they expect there employee's to go by them . Management is too prideful and they only celebrate themselves and the one's that are being favor. They say the Company is growing and they are working on engaging every employee, Corporate is not that big you get to know everyone they just say that as a excuse. They are a favoritism Company they only care of one thing only$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
