Pros
For new grads its good to get some experience and also to learn the treatment plan presentation to the patients.
Cons
Push the doctors to produce and if you don't produce you basically don't get paid. Even when they don't have any patients or opportunities they expect you to sit there and still produce. All the employees are very unhappy and are constantly looking for jobs and high turn over rate. You cannot get any vacations and very long hours of work with very minimum pay and appreciation. Treatments expected to be performed on patients are not ethical and your measured by how much referrals you make to specialties so they make more money from you. It all is tailored towards PDS making money and doctors and staff get a very unfair share of it. Both patients and doctors get the short end of the deal.
