This Place Is Awful.

Pros

The only pros are the benefits. Not that the benefits are anything impressive, but it can be challenging to find dental offices that are able to provide medical, 401k, etc.

Cons

They are WAY too focused on getting money and could care less about their patients. The doctors look at people with dollar signs in their eyes. They expect you to work whenever there is a patient that wants to be seen because heaven forbid they lose out on a $39 exam. They could also care less about their employees and there is absolutely no work life balance.

Great coworkers. Collaborative teams. Nice building

Cons

Executive management only care about the bottom dollar. They have no idea what leaders or good employees are. They only care about the people who buy into the dental offices. HR is a joke.

* We Believes (value statements of the organization) that reference the Bible - great for some but makes most employees feel awkward *Completely mismanaged company *Extremely redudndant and manual processes *National Support Center Employee and dentist turnover is shocking - before working here find out what the scary turnover number is and why people really leave *Upper leadership is full of egos and bulldogs - doesn't matter if you chew up others to get your work done as long as you produce *Toxic culture *TONS of worthless employees at National Support Center that are bored and not doing anything (over staffed because of manual processes which wastes the field's money)
