Cons

Good ole boy system promoting people to partner level who buy in to the business but have zero professionalism and leadership qualities. Meetings are brow beating at best with hamster wheel nonsense repeatedly spoken but no action. Majority of the issues that exist are created by the current leadership within the region who got promoted to partner then promoted their favorites to RM. If you’re not in the clique, you don’t matter. Work life balance is a joke , getting texts about work deep into the night and on weekends. I saw the light and got out quickly!
