The vision is wonderful, out of all DSO’s the very best at it!

Cons

The goal for every office is to be open from 7-7 and on weekends. And you’re expected to be available for those and any additional time needed. This is obviously outside of any hours offered for child care. So unless you have a team of family taking care of children, this is not the company for you. If and when your office does get staffed, they will take your employees you rely on and transfer them to another office to backfill turnover.
