PDS Health reviews

Two years and no review! I'm not the only one. What is the response I get when I ask about my review, we are busy and we will get to it. It's been sent to HR and still here we are two years later with no raise or review. You can throw a rock and find another person with a similar situation.

Corporate to its core, regardless of the promises. You mean something until you have your own brain. They want a corporate robot monkey to do what they say and don’t ask questions even if malpractice is in play. You can be the star employee (win awards and all) and if you question anything or voice an opinion even when management says it’s a safe place, you will be terminated if it doesn’t fit the mold. Do not work here if you have any moral compass. You will be stripped of your mental health and dignity. Run, run, run!!
