The business model is awesome. Clinician ownership, helping patients, serving the community, strong team approach.

Cons

Work/Life balance is difficult. There is a huge disconnect between mid-level and upper management. Lots of development opportunities for staff, but less for management.

Always growing and always learning. The technology is great. If you want to move up, they are always willing to teach and train. They offer classes and training courses to keep you updated and informed.

Cons

Now having to work the day after Thanksgiving and Chrstmas eve kinda stinks.

When did it become ok for Operations to think they are better than Clinicians? When did it become ok for Regional Leaders to bad mouth Owner Doctors, OMs, and other team members?
