      Pros

      Great support, Great structure, Strong training program for all levels. If you are looking for a stable, secure workplace with a company growing leaps and bounds, look no further. Don't get me wrong, you will work hard and be asked to perform the job that you signed up for. The rewards are endless and the recognition is priceless.

      Cons

      Everyone will have an opinion, and you might have one too. My pearl is, when called upon, perform at your best, smile and reap the benefits. You are in control of your own destiny.

      Pros

      I enjoy my job so much. I have been with PDS for almost 8 years so that should tell you something about how great this company is ;). Like any business you have your long working days but at the end of the day, it's all worth it when you see the growth of the office. I have learned so much in dentistry being with PDS. I love what I do. It's a great company to be apart of and growing with the company is there if you want to take advantage of it.

      Pros

      Very rewarding company for the hard working. If you are looking for an easy job, this is not the place. PDS has been growing at a very good pace and the advancement opportunities are outstanding. Great business model for doctors looking to own their own practice. Having been in the dental industry for many years, I have not seen a better Dental Service Organization.

      Cons

      The Medical benefits could be better for a family. Training on the practice management system could be better and will be once PDS has migrated off an old platform in the next year.
