      Pros

      Impressive in-house promotions and incentives. The opportunity to promote is abundant. The only thing that could hold you back from promoting would be yourself.

      Cons

      Lack of timely/proper training when necessary. Delay in training is usual and somewhat customary. MUST be motiviated to learn on your own. Having a confident/strong personality is a must as you will be identifed/confronted (within your peers) for items that you have not recieved effective training on.
