Cons
No work/life balance When I originally interviewed I specifically expressed the desire to have a work/life balance. I was told by both the recruiter and regional manager that this role would allow that. However even asking for ONE day off due illness or family event(ie Child graduation, wedding, etc) I was told I could not because there was no one who could cover my role if I were off. This happened every time I asked for time off. Very limited training and no support from the Support Office If you ask for more training or additional information you are made to feel like a failure. You are expected to be perfect and there is no room for error. The dentists are allowed to treat the staff as horrible as they want and HR tells you they can't do anything to protect your rights/staff rights as an employee since the doctors don't work for the company.
