Great Organization. Lot's of Room for Growth

Pros

PDS is growing fast in lots of different geographies. As a result, strong new hires can immediately contribute to success and move up very quickly.

Cons

The corporate headquarters is in Irvine, CA. While Irvine has an airport, SNA, it is not very big and has limited direct flight options. As the company grows farther to the North and East, the lack of proximity to a Major hub airport makes traveling a pain.

Amazing co-workers, great values and beliefs within the company. This company turly cares about its patients, and you always feel appreciated.

Cons

I don't believe there are really any cons per say for what this company does. The hourly starting pay is low in my opinion. I would work here for probably the rest of my life.
