Money was good, new and latest equipment.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. If you don't want family time, great company. If you are a workaholic, great company to work for. They don't care about their employees or their families, only the bottom line. They don't listen to their staff. Hire people that have no dental experience, which doesn't make sense. Have Operations Managers that have no dental experience, and won't hire dental personnel that do for these top professions. I feel they are afraid of what would be exposed if they did. Hire dentists that need PDS, not good dentists, that can make it on their own. Cheap with supply budget. Couldn't get what was really needed.

I can't thunk of any good reasons to work for this company except for the health insurance and 401k option. Not good company.

Cons

Office staff very rude at Sheridan office, company not ran well at all. Didn't receive a clock in number for 2 weeks after I started. Hours not paid right.

Working with such a like minded group of people who help you develop into your full potential. Great training programs and mentors. Ability to move up is truly based on your performance. Great co-workers.

Cons

Work/Life balance can be difficult at certain levels of management. Compensation can be complicated to understand. Rarely promotes from within to the Regions or National Support. Paths to new roles for exceptional employees are not clearly defined.
