Pros

Good pay and benefits. Met great people.

Cons

Higher Management will work you long hours and only give recognition to their friends. Don't work here if you want to start a family because chances are they will demote you if you try. I have always loved companies I have worked for in the past, but will never refer anyone to this company in my life.Don't be fooled their morals are not good STAY AWAY!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always looking for ways we can improve in areas such as work/life balance. We agree that all employees, whether they have a family or not, should be treated with respect and appreciated for their efforts. That being said, we will definitely pass your suggestions onto our leadership team. Thank you.

Pros

PDS says "Only God knows what tomorrow holds....." I was drawn in by the Christian philosophy. I believe in the philosophy of the company, and Steve Thorne wants to have an ethical & moral company. I found the benefits to be competitive and appreciated the 401K. New offices, current dental equipment, great support from the regional office (HR, Billing, Maintenance)!

Cons

Poor Regional Management, extremely political, one day you receive kudos for a job well done, and the next you are told you are replaceable and should just be happy to have a job. As an Operations/Office Manager there is very little work/life balance, constant pressure of job loss, and the numbers are the only thing that matters. Patient relations are of no real consequence, and all employees are subject to be moved at a moments notice.

Pros

Work with some amazing people. Benefits of a corporate company. Ability to transfer. Great opportunities to volunteer in the community. Good networking opportunities. A great position to learn a lot about benefits and dentistry.

Cons

No raise in two years. If you want a day off, you yourself needs to find coverage. When you do move up to a higher position make sure you get in writing that you are going to receive a raise or they won't give it to you. Upper management only cares about the numbers and will belittle and berate you if you are not performing those numbers. Being constantly told that you are replaceable. Being incessantly asked if you want to keep your job. Expected to work 7 days a week if that means getting the job done, then getting written up for your overtime hours.
