      Great company to work for if you are a driven, energetic, dedicated individual. Endless opportunities for career growth if you are willing to work hard and keep focused. The company strives for excellence and prefers to promote from within. Work hard and you will be rewarded. The technology within the offices is fantastic. You get to work with some great teams and doctors and keep a continued focus on providing the Perfect Patient Experience. If you want a career that you feel like you make a difference then PDS is a great company.

      In a newer market there are always growing pains, but plenty of support and resources available to you.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for PDS. I have been with the company for over a year and have been promoted and have plenty of opportunities to keep moving up, as long as I continue to work hard and stay focused. So the pro here is they love to promote from within. In our office, we are completely driven by the perfect PPE (perfect patient experience) Yes, it is a business so the bottom line is also important but we continue to balance these two.

      Cons

      We are a relatively new region (Oregon) so we are still experiencing a few growing pains.
