In depth focus throughout the organization on helping dentists provide the dentistry patients need, in a manner that creates great patient satisfaction. This can be a tough, and challenging job due to patients not always wanting to hear about the dentistry they need.
Cons
Understand that it is dentistry. . . meaning, part of the job is informing the patient that they have some dentistry to be performed, which many people are not wanting to hear.
