- Medical Insurance is not great- very high premiums and deductibles
- You spend about 3-4 months before being assigned an office. If you are a "go-getter," this is a very horrible wait.
- The expectations are outrageous. You are looking at 12/13 hour days frequently. Was averaging close to 60 hours a week. You are responsible for every line and detail on the P&L statement for your office.
- This is a "sales" job. You are expected to "sell" dentistry and coach the Doctors to do more treatment, like $7000 veneers.
- The company charges a fortune for dental treatment to begin with, then, when we get the dental insurance explanation of benefits and learn that we didn't get paid like we had hoped, we have to call the patient and tell them to pay more. When the patient refuses, we send them to collections. Horrible service and patient satisfaction.
- Horrible turn-over amongst employees
