Pros

Great technology which benefits employees and patients. I feel like they kinda care about their patients but also want to take advantage of them financially evey chance thy get.

Cons

They do not care about their employees at all unless you are an owner doctor or office manager. They will move you office to office without caring how you feel about it.

If you’re a hard worker, possess an excellent work ethic and are successful in your position, there is job security. The company is growing and expanding and for the most part has created good systems and processes to support this growth. The culture is comfortable if you don't require a lot of positive reinforcement, which I don't. The daily communication from the top is a nice touch. There are not a lot of levels, so visibility is easier with PDS than with other companies of the same size. The company also provides a lot of recognition to operational excellence within the field.

Cons

Benefits are just okay. PDS very rarely provides pay increases, even if ones performance is exceeding expectations.
