Pros

This company if growing at a very high rate mainly because of the leadership and qualitY of talented professionals. If you are looking for a great company, that encourages development for it's employees and quality care for it's patients, then PDS is the place to be!

Cons

It is not for everyone! You need to be a high drive, energetic, intelligent person to execute at a high level. People who are looking for a low-paced job that doesn't challenge you will probably have a bad experience. I think the negative reviews typically come from people that lack these qualities.

Pros

PDS offers great career opportunities, benefits, competitive salaries, contributes to charity and so much more but the reason I remain an employee is because I believe they care about me! I’ve held positions in the field and now contribute my knowledge and experience in a support capacity. My professional success is attributed to the guidance and support of my PDS mentors and direct supervisors. I have a high level of respect for the CEO and his senior management team.

Cons

PDS is a growing organization and frequent change is necessary. If you are not comfortable and/or not willing to embrace change you will find working at PDS very challenging.

I can honestly say I love my job and look forward to going in everyday. I really enjoy the patients I see everyday and many have become more like family than just a patient.

Cons

I would say that I forget how much time I put in.
