1. This is "McDentistry" at its finest! Numbers, numbers, numbers....fast, fast, fast, faster! 2. The mid-level "regional" management reminds me of "Pulp Fiction" charcters sent to 'breaka your knee caps," because you dare question the methods or madness of what they are doing.

Poor mid- and upper management, hostile work environment, astronomical turnover (due to poor management), cult-like setting, refusal to listen to employees (by HR and management). If you voice a concern or wish to improve things, expect retribution. I feel that this a management company and not a dental company as the concern is not patient care and feedback. Most of their managers do not have previous dental experience, yet set the standards for expected treatment. Very frustrating conditions for a dentist. Sadly, the CEOs belief statements are neither followed nor practiced.
