Working for PDS may be different than contracting for them

Pros

I worked for PDS in their national office for about 10 years. It was a largely good experience. If you work as a contractor at one of the companies they hire for, your experience may be different. Good pay, good insurance, decent management.

Cons

Because PDS is a staffing agency, they seem to put too little value on keeping employees. There were several layoffs while I was working there, which made working there more stressful than it needed to be.

Decent benefits, some holidays off

Cons

Lack of leadership. Negativity from managers, managers who have full conversations on speaker while degrading other managers. Very little training or support from management if there is a situation. Payroll dept for contract workers is HORRIBLE and don't care if employees get paid or not.
