Pay is awful (you'll be BEGGING for OT just to pay basic expenses) No timeclock to track punches in or out Zero support Sky high bureaucracy/ silo mentality Benefits blow Requests for time off are a struggle to get acknowledged, never mind approved No paid time off until well beyond the 6 month point
