Compensation was increased yearly and was a fairly good salary.

Cons

Account Managers are not involved with their employees at client sites. I did not receive a performance review in over 5 years. Benefits package was lacking.

The initial excitement of leading PDS Tech's National Accounts as the manager. The idea of making a positive impact, growing revenue, and making a positive change within in an organization was a thrill. However, this couldn't further from reality...

Cons

Culture, culture, and culture. My forewarning to anyone who works on the National Account team is to tread carefully. You will be asked to make differences that will NOT be supported. There are prestigious accounts with exceptional opportunity for spend. However, you are NOT a branch or recruiting manager so you will have no influence on which account/opening is prioritized. regardless, you WILL be held accountable when your delivery on clients' needs are unfulfilled.

Co-workers were excellent. we helped develop and encourage each other to be all we could be even if told otherwise by management

Cons

don't train their employees well turning to more of a call center than actual recruiting hire managers who are not managers, more focused on their own development
