Good pay for performance, many large accounts to work with

Cons

Little room for advancement. Sales is treated much more fairly than recruiting and branch management.

This is a good company for someone who is just getting started in recruiting.

Cons

Does not have a great commission structure. Does not focus on the "Big Picture" of recruiting in my opinion.

Pros

I worked for PDS in their national office for about 10 years. It was a largely good experience. If you work as a contractor at one of the companies they hire for, your experience may be different. Good pay, good insurance, decent management.

Cons

Because PDS is a staffing agency, they seem to put too little value on keeping employees. There were several layoffs while I was working there, which made working there more stressful than it needed to be.
