Pros

Thorough on boarding into contract employment. Very good match and working conditions. Communications and training was very good too.

Cons

No Tucson branch office. However, my recruiter did make the extra effort to keep me posted for any forms or communications that needed to be addressed.

good way to get your foot in the door of the job/industry you want. decent communication, could be better.

Cons

Health ins offered thru PDS is crazy expensive. I've asked multiple times to be notified of other jobs I might like, and never have. I would like it if they constantly were looking out for me, rather than becoming just another number. They make a great deal of money off of my employment, its not a lot to ask for them to help out.
