      Pros

      Good company to work for. Never had a problem with my recruiter, he is constantly in touch with me about the job. Would recommend to other people.

      Cons

      Contract work. Might work for some but not others. No annual leave or sick days. If the company you are working for likes you they might offer you a position, but not always the case.

      Pros

      Great management team from Art James (CEO), Cash Nickelson (President) to Ali Khan (my manager). Very supportive and open to ideas. Art is a great CEO and even a better person. Ali Khan empowered me to do things my way so long as it works.

      Cons

      VMS model only. VMS is a good model in and of itself. I just think a mix of VMS and direct account would serve recruiters better mentally.
